What to include
- Bug reports: your browser and device, what you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the editor helps.
- Feature or preset requests: the size or format you need and what it is for (for example, a specific visa photo).
- Privacy questions: anything about how the site handles data. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.
Please do not send us your photos
The cropper works entirely on your device, so we never need your images to help you. If a problem only happens with one picture, describe it (file type, size in pixels and KB) instead of attaching it.
